Best part?? I found it for free...so all in all I paid $5 for the new hardware and about $3 for the paint. I'd say that's a pretty sweet deal!

Great job! You are little miss handy! So with the laundry soap stuff you asked about, my sister already had the stuff and let me borrow it, but I think she said she got it all at like Maceys. Shouldn't be that hard to find.
